My web design path wasn’t typical. Started in a Houston bakery, clueless about design! A friend showed me graphic design; got hooked watching my friend Skip make cool digital art. Learned at the Art Institute & Lone Star, even won a contest with a big book project. Teamed up with my childhood homeboy, Joshua Dada, for early music design gigs.

Fell into web design by chance when Joshua Dada connected me with Raoul for a site. Learned on the fly and loved it! Worked a print job at d-mars, then a different role at Unified Energy Solutions. That’s where I kicked off a $65 logo/website side hustle – and it totally blew up!

That success pushed me to quit my day job for my own design business. That was over 16 years ago! Now I help all sorts of diverse clients bring their visions online. Been a wild ride, and I still genuinely love doing this stuff.
