Accessibility statement

Last updated October 25, 2026

Kevin Wright wants kevinwright.cc to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, a keyboard or other assistive technology. The goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What is in place

  • Pages use clear landmarks, one main heading each and a logical heading order, so screen readers can move around easily.
  • Links and buttons have readable names, and decorative graphics (such as the particle background and icons) are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Photographs have a text description.
  • Controls show a visible focus outline when you use the keyboard.
  • The site is pure black and white for strong contrast, follows your device's light or dark setting, and adapts to phones, tablets and desktops.
  • Animation, including the particle effects and moving text, stops or becomes static when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Automated accessibility testing found no issues on the main pages.

Known limits

  • The design system page is long and shows many sample components for demonstration, so it can take longer to move through with a keyboard.
  • Some moving text effects scramble letters briefly while they animate. The full text is always available to screen readers.
  • Services linked from the site, such as HoneyBook scheduling, Instagram and YouTube, have their own accessibility, which Kevin does not control.
