Using the site

You may view and share links to the site for personal or business reference. Please do not misuse it: do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy it in a way that suggests it belongs to someone else.

Ownership

The site's text, design, logo, photographs, code and design system are owned by Kevin Wright, all rights reserved, unless stated otherwise. The design system page is public so that people can see how Kevin works; viewing it does not give you the right to copy, resell or reuse its components, artwork or code without written permission. Third-party fonts, tools and trademarks belong to their owners.

Services are agreed separately

Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract for design, development or automation services. Any project is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Kevin.

Links to other sites

The site links to services Kevin does not control, such as HoneyBook, Instagram and YouTube. Kevin is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Kevin works to keep the information accurate and the site available but makes no promises that it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Kevin is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on it.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
